SCEA BIO de la Balme produces a wide variety of vegetables: Potatoes (soft and firm flesh), Grenaille potatoes, Red and white sweet potatoes, Yellow and red onions, Shallots, Garlic, Cabbage (Brussels sprouts, Romanesco, Broccoli, Cauliflower, White), Squash (Pumpkin, Butternut, Spaghetti, Iron Cap, Pâtisson, Patidoux, Fustu-black, Nutmeg, Longue de Nice, Rouge vifs d'Etampe, Galeuse d'Eysines), Salads (Frisée, Batavia verte/rouge, Feuille de chêne verte/rouge, Scarole, Mâche), Potatoes, Spinach, Cotes de Blettes, Leeks, Céleri Rave, Parsnips, Navet Violet/Jaune, Radis Noir rond/Long, Radis botte, Beets, Tomatoes : (Cœur de bœuf, Ronde, Marmande, Côtelée), Cucumbers, Mauve/Violet Aubergines, Parsley, Green/Yellow/Red Peppers, 125g bags of home-made potato chips, Cream of pumpkin soup, Tomato coulis and soon, eggs from our hens... The company also supplies small bales of straw and hay, as well as grain mix for the hens. You can find them every Friday evening from 4.30 pm to 7 pm at the farm market, and at other markets and events in the region (Marché de la ferme du petit brens, marché de Virieu le grand, marché de la sainte Catherine...).
